Brief JD

1. Leading company operational relationships with clients
2. Advocating processes, procedures, functions, compliances, escalation, ticketing, and support management with clients
3. Co-ordinate with clients on weekly to monthly operational issues
4. Support execution team on capacity optimization and monitoring

Primary Skills

1. Must be having a detailed understanding of the IT ecosystem, adoption pattern, customer expectations, and NTT service offerings
2. Strong CXO level connect. Exceptional collaborations skills with internal and external stakeholders
3. Excellent business awareness and solid analytical skills.
4. Sound financial management skills.
5. Commercial acumen preferrable.
6. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills
