Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in SAP CRM One Order framework, CRM ABAP OOPS concepts, and WEB UI.
- Correlation and mapping of customer requirements.
- Business Process Configuring, Integration, and Deployment with SAP CRM Systems.
- Standoff experience in SAP CRM OO ABAP coupled with BADI BAPI, User exit, Functions, and Smart forms development.
- Extensive experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service concept
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- In-depth knowledge of middleware architecture, and SAP CRM Integration with ECC systems.
- Events, Action Profiles, Organizational determination, and related CRM customizing and configurations.
- Integration of SAP CRM system with Other Systems for realizing the Solution for the Requirement
- In-depth knowledge of debugging, RCA, Incident, and Change Management would be preferable.
- Should be aware of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- One must have a minimum of 3 project implementations and 1 support experience.
- Standout verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team leadership experience
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
